保心安油是一種外敷油，用於祛風鎮痛、通竅消腫、活血止癢。
適用於：

• 傷風鼻塞、頭暈頭痛
• 肌肉扭傷、輕微碰撞或扭傷引起的肌肉或關節疼痛
• 蚊蟲叮咬引起之痕癢
• 關節風濕痛
• 舟車勞頓引起之頭暈、舟車暈浪
• 咳嗽引起之胸部不適
• 風寒引起之輕微肚痛

使用建議（中文）

一日四次，每隔約三小時一次，外用塗抹於患處。

Usefulness (English)

Helps to:

• Relieve muscle pain, limb ache and waist pain
• Relieve joint or muscle pain caused by minor collisions or sprains
• Remove itching from insect and mosquito bites
• Relieve minor headaches and dizziness caused by travel fatigue
• Relieve chest discomfort caused by coughing
• Relieve mild abdominal pain caused by wind and cold
• Alleviate motion sickness, nausea and vomiting

Usage Instructions (English)

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 2–3 times a day (general guideline).
For children:

• Adults can apply Po Sum On oil to the palms, rub until warm, then place palms on the
  child’s stomach to relieve bloated stomach or discomfort caused by wind.
• Can also help with itches from insect or mosquito bites.

For limb pain or numbness caused by wind, cold or dampness, apply a proper amount of oil/ointment
to the affected area and massage gently for a few minutes, several times a day, to help dispel
wind, dehumidify and relieve pain.

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
