Usefulness (English)

Helps to:

• Relieve muscle pain, limb ache and waist pain
• Remove itching from insect and mosquito bites
• Relieve headache and toothache
• Alleviate bloated stomach, nausea, vomiting and motion sickness
• Relieve dizziness caused by travel fatigue
• Relieve mild abdominal pain caused by wind and cold
• Relieve chest discomfort caused by coughing

Usage Instructions (English)

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 2–3 times a day.
For children:

• Adults can apply Po Sum On balm to the palms, rub until warm, then place palms on the child’s
  stomach to relieve discomfort such as bloated stomach or wind.
• Can also relieve itches from insect or mosquito bites.

For limb pain or numbness caused by wind, cold, or dampness, apply a proper amount to the
affected area and massage gently for a few minutes, several times a day, to achieve the effects
of dispelling wind, dehumidification and relieving pain.
